Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
We strive to ensure that your orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. Most of our items are readily available in our warehouse and are processed within 1 to 3 business days. However, orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends, or National Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that during peak holiday periods, there may be slight delays in order processing.
Delivery Time
Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our trusted courier partners for delivery. We currently offer islandwide delivery within Sri Lanka, and the estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or logistical challenges may affect the delivery schedule.
Holiday Periods
During holidays and special occasions, there may be an increase in order volumes, which could lead to minor delays in the shipping process. We are committed to minimising any disruptions and will keep you informed about any potential delays.
Delivery Cost
Delivery charges apply to all deliveries, including exchange deliveries, and are calculated and guaranteed during checkout based on the items purchased and the shipping destination. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

To keep you updated, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status and journey of your package until it reaches your doorstep.
Multiple Items in an Order
If your order includes multiple items, we may ship them together to expedite the delivery process. This ensures that you receive your order promptly and efficiently.

We currently provide shipping services islandwide within Sri Lanka. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete to avoid delays or misdeliveries.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order. Any additional fees, such as taxes or duties, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice any errors or need to make changes, contact our customer support team immediately. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is deemed undeliverable due to reasons beyond our control, such as incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, or multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and may incur a restocking fee.
